Fès – Le bureau provincial de l’Union Nationale des Fonctionnaires de l’Enseignement, affiliée à l’Union Nationale du Travail au Maroc, a exprimé son indignation face à ce qu’il a qualifié de « faiblesse de l’horaire » adopté durant le mois de Ramadan au profit du cycle primaire dans la province de Fès. Il estime que cet horaire ne respecte pas les dispositions de la note ministérielle encadrant le temps scolaire et a annoncé une action de protestation prévue pour le lundi 23 février 2026.
According to the statement dated February 20, 2026, the provincial directorate adopted a timetable that the union described as “irregular” with regard to the provisions of the ministerial memorandum. It stressed that this measure does not ensure the effective reduction of school hours as stipulated during Ramadan and does not take into account the schedule applied during the previous academic year.
Selon le communiqué daté du 20 février 2026, la direction provinciale a adopté un horaire qualifié de « dérogatoire » au regard des dispositions de la note ministérielle. Le bureau souligne que cette mesure ne permet pas une réduction effective du temps scolaire prévue durant le mois de Ramadan et ne tient pas compte de ce qui a été appliqué lors de l’année scolaire précédente.
