Morocco – The Government Council, during its meeting held yesterday Thursday, approved proposals for appointments to senior positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
Maroc – Le Conseil de gouvernement, réuni hier jeudi, a approuvé des propositions de nomination à des fonctions supérieures, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 92 de la Constitution.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament and Government Spokesperson, these appointments concerned several ministerial departments.
Selon un communiqué du ministère délégué chargé des Relations avec le Parlement, porte-parole du gouvernement, ces nominations ont concerné plusieurs départements ministériels.

At the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Hicham Zakkani was appointed Director of Information Systems Security Governance.
Within the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Fatima Zahra Mernissi was appointed Director of Hassan II University Hospital in Fes, one of the leading healthcare institutions in the Fes–Meknes region.
Au niveau du ministère de l’Économie et des Finances, Hicham Zakkani a été nommé directeur de la gouvernance de la sécurité des systèmes d’information.
Au sein du ministère de la Santé et de la Protection sociale, Fatima Zahra Mernissi a été désignée directrice du Centre hospitalier universitaire Hassan II de Fès, l’un des principaux établissements de santé de la région Fès–Meknès.

The appointments also covered the Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation sector, with the approval of Jamal Eddine Benhiyoun as Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Tetouan.
Les nominations ont également concerné le secteur de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche scientifique et de l’Innovation, avec l’approbation de la désignation de Jamal Eddine Benhiyoun en tant que doyen de la Faculté des lettres et des sciences humaines de Tétouan.

At the level of the Ministerial Delegation in charge of Human Rights, the Council approved the appointment of Youssef Farid as Director of Human Resources, Finance, and General Affairs.
Au niveau de la Délégation ministérielle chargée des Droits de l’Homme, le Conseil a validé la nomination de Youssef Farid en tant que directeur des ressources humaines, des finances et des affaires générales.

These appointments fall within the framework of implementing mechanisms for managing senior positions in accordance with the constitutional and regulatory procedures in force.
