Mr. Omar Bennis, President of the Sports Company of Maghreb de Fès (MAS), accompanied by his Deputy Mr. Ali Benjelloun, has issued an official invitation to all club members to attend a communication meeting to be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, starting at 2:30 PM, at the PALAIS MEDINA Hotel in the city of Fez.
Meeting to Present Latest Developments and Discuss Club’s Future
According to the invitation, this meeting comes to present developments of the current phase and provide comprehensive clarifications regarding the status of the sports company, in addition to the organizational relationship between the company and the association, and to review details of the broad outlines of the action plan that the club intends to implement in preparation for the extraordinary general assembly.
The meeting also aims to open direct dialogue with members and exchange views with complete clarity and responsibility, in order to achieve a participatory vision concerning the club’s future.

To facilitate everyone’s participation, the club management announced that it will provide a live stream link for the benefit of members who are unable to attend, with the possibility of interacting and asking questions directly throughout the meeting proceedings.
