Fez, Morocco – The regional office for the large taxi sector, affiliated with the General Union of Moroccan Workers (UGTM), held a regular meeting to discuss the challenges facing the sector, most notably the phenomenon of illegal transport.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Abdelkhalek El-Mellouli, the regional secretary for the sector, where the negative effects of illegal transport on the professional and social status of drivers were examined.
The attendees renewed their determination to defend the rights of professionals and advocate for their issues, with the aim of finding practical solutions that ensure dignity and justice for all workers in the large taxi sector.
