The King’s Attorney General at the Court of Appeal in Tetouan has announced the opening of a judicial inquiry following the spread of photos on social media showing individuals in swimwear in controversial situations.
A statement issued by the Attorney General’s office explained that the circulated images show individuals wearing swimsuits sitting on the ground, while others appear against a concrete wall. These photos have raised questions about the circumstances under which they were taken and the motives behind their publication.
In response to these developments, the Public Prosecutor’s Office has ordered a comprehensive investigation into the matter. The National Judicial Police Brigade has been tasked with investigating to verify the authenticity of the photographed incidents and uncover the circumstances behind the publication of these images.
The statement confirmed that necessary legal measures will be taken as soon as the investigations are completed, with the authorities committing to inform the public about the results of the inquiry.
