On the morning of Wednesday, April 23, 2025, the Supreme Council of the Judiciary officially announced the launch of a new digital legal and judicial information platform, during a ceremony held at the Council’s pavilion at the International Book and Publishing Fair, under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
The website, named “Legal and Judicial Library” (accessible via bibliotheque.cspj.ma), is a modern digital platform designed to promote legal literacy and make judicial information more accessible to the public. It targets professionals, researchers, law students, and journalism students alike.
This new digital library offers a rich collection of legislative and regulatory texts, all available for download and printing, as well as studies, research papers, and scholarly articles authored by Moroccan judges. The platform also includes annual and thematic reports published by the Council and specialized judicial publications.
This initiative is part of the Council’s 2021–2026 Strategic Plan, specifically Measure No. 113, which aims to disseminate legal information and simplify public access to it. It also aligns with the Council’s broader mission to enhance transparency and modernize judicial services.
