Another attempt to organize a protest this evening, Thursday, at the Dhahr Al-Mahraz university campus in Fez failed again, as protesters completely failed to show up at the scheduled time of 6 p.m.
Contrary to what was promoted in some groups on the “Discord” platform about strong momentum and mobilization, the area around the Dhahr Al-Mahraz faculties was calm, with all student factions withdrawing and showing no response to the anonymous protest calls.
Attendance was limited to a very small number of individuals, mostly young people, who quickly dispersed after realizing the protest was not going to happen.
This failure occurred for the second time on the same day, confirming that digital protest calls do not resonate in the student community in Fez, where the regular academic schedule and activities continued uninterrupted and unaffected.
