The National General Directorate of Security announced new leadership appointments in several Moroccan cities on Thursday, aimed at renewing security personnel and enhancing performance.
The appointments, overseen by the National Security Director General Abdel Latif Hammouchi, included ten new positions, including:
- Appointment of police commissioner in Al Qasr Al Kabir
- Appointment of two deputy heads for security zones in Fez
- Appointment of four police district heads in Tetouan and Casablanca
- Appointment of heads of security services in Sala, Agadir, and Sidi Yahya Al Gharb
The appointment process focused on selecting young professionals with high professionalism, integrity, and functional experience, with the goal of improving police service quality and enhancing the sense of security.
