Available information indicates that the individual in question had previously received a plot of land following the demolition of his shack No. 475, under the 2003 “Moulay Yacoub Without Tin” agreement, before selling it to another person. He was also registered again during the January 19, 2011, operation at shack No. 519, which he subsequently ceded to another person.
