Moulay Yacoub – As part of the implementation of the third phase programs of the National Initiative for Human Development, and within the framework of the Human Capital Development Program for Emerging Generations, the Provincial Committee for Human Development in Moulay Yacoub launched, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, the “Programming for All” caravan from Al-Jahiz Primary School in the center of Ras El Ma, commune of Ain Chkef.
Moulay Yacoub – Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des programmes de la troisième phase de l’Initiative Nationale pour le Développement Humain, et en application du programme d’impulsion du capital humain des générations montantes, le Comité Provincial du Développement Humain de Moulay Yacoub a donné, mercredi 25 février 2026, le coup d’envoi de la caravane « La programmation pour tous » depuis l’école primaire Al-Jahiz, au centre de Ras El Ma, commune d’Ain Chkef.

This initiative is organized in partnership with the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, and the Matrix Association for Education and Cultural and Social Development, for the 2025–2026 academic year. It aims to simplify programming and robotics concepts and make them accessible to students through modern and interactive teaching methods.
Cette initiative est organisée en partenariat avec la Direction Provinciale du Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale, du Préscolaire et des Sports, ainsi qu’avec l’Association Matrix pour l’Éducation et le Développement Culturel et Social, au titre de l’année scolaire 2025-2026. Elle vise à simplifier les concepts de programmation et de robotique et à les rapprocher des élèves à travers des méthodes pédagogiques modernes et interactives.

Approximately 4,000 fifth- and sixth-grade primary students from various educational institutions across the province will benefit from this project. A total budget of nearly 600,000 dirhams has been allocated to strengthen the acquisition of technological skills from an early age and to develop learners’ creative and cognitive abilities.
Environ 4 000 élèves des cinquième et sixième années du primaire, issus des différents établissements scolaires de la province, bénéficieront de ce projet. Une enveloppe budgétaire globale d’environ 600 000 dirhams a été mobilisée afin de renforcer l’acquisition des compétences technologiques dès le plus jeune âge et de développer les capacités créatives et cognitives des apprenants.

According to information available to Fes News, the caravan will tour various territorial communes in Moulay Yacoub province, with particular focus on rural schools, in order to reduce the digital divide and ensure equal access to modern technology.

The initiative seeks to instill a culture of technology and stimulate interest in artificial intelligence, while organizing parallel activities that contribute to the development of life skills and logical and mathematical thinking, thereby enhancing learning quality and promoting scientific openness within educational institutions.
L’initiative ambitionne d’ancrer une culture technologique et de susciter l’intérêt pour l’intelligence artificielle, tout en organisant des activités parallèles favorisant le développement des compétences de vie ainsi que de la pensée logique et mathématique, contribuant ainsi à améliorer la qualité des apprentissages et à promouvoir l’ouverture scientifique au sein des établissements scolaires.
