As part of the latest transfer movement released by the Supreme Council of the Judicial Authority, Taza Province has witnessed a series of appointments and transfers affecting judicial positions in several courts within the region and beyond, as part of the September session, aimed at strengthening human resources and ensuring the smooth functioning of judicial services.
Dans le cadre de la dernière mobilité annoncée par le Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire, la province de Taza a connu une série de nominations et de mutations touchant des postes judiciaires au sein de plusieurs juridictions de la région et ailleurs, dans le cadre de la session de septembre, en vue de renforcer les ressources humaines et d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du service public de la justice.

According to official information consulted by Fes News newspaper, this movement included appointments to judicial leadership positions, as well as transfers of judges and deputy public prosecutors, both within Taza Province and to other courts.
Selon les informations officielles consultées par le journal Fes News, ce mouvement a concerné des nominations à des postes de responsabilité judiciaire, ainsi que des mutations de magistrats et de substituts du procureur, aussi bien au sein de la province de Taza que vers d’autres juridictions.

Abdelghani Chagh, President of the Court of First Instance in Meknes, was appointed to serve as First President of the Court of Appeal in Taza.
Mohamed Hary, President of the Court of First Instance in Errachidia, was appointed to serve as President of the Court of First Instance in Taza.
Jamal Ghoulin, President of the Court of First Instance in Taza, was appointed to serve as President of the Court of First Instance in Oujda.
