A Broker-Free, Fair Service… Ain Aamir Hosts the Selection Process for Seasonal Female Workers for Agricultural Farms in Spain

Fes – Local sources told Fes News that the Ain Aamir area hosted a selection process for candidates seeking seasonal employment on Spanish agricultural farms. This operation forms part of the circular migration program implemented between Morocco and Spain.

According to available information, several associations and public-sector bodies coordinated the operation, each within its respective mandate. The same sources confirmed that the National Agency for Employment and Skills Promotion supervised all stages of the selection process, acting as the official intermediary in accordance with established legal procedures.

On the organizational front, the participating associations made use of the Ain Aamir Youth Center facilities, setting up reception points and organizing waiting areas to ensure that the process ran smoothly and under suitable conditions for the candidates.

For their part, health services deployed proximity units that provided first aid and essential medical services, accompanying the various stages of the selection process and ensuring the safety of participants.

The operation was also attended by Civil Protection services, which allocated an emergency response unit as a precaution against any unforeseen incidents. Security services likewise took part in securing the process, with officers from the National Police, including female police officers, alongside members of the Auxiliary Forces, contributing to the organization of candidate flow and the orderly conduct of procedures.

The selection process was subject to on-the-ground monitoring by local authorities. Both the Pasha of the Saïss area and the Head of the Ain Aamir Administrative Annex were present to oversee the progress of the operation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

The same sources emphasized that the selection process is conducted within a fully legal and completely free-of-charge framework, aiming to guarantee transparency and equal opportunity for all candidates, under the supervision of ANAPEC and in coordination with the relevant partners.

Supervising bodies stressed that any intervention outside the official framework, or any request for financial compensation, constitutes an illegal practice. Candidates were urged to report any potential violations through the officially recognized channels.
