The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services of the Fès-Meknès Region announced that it will hold its ordinary general assembly for the second session of 2025 on Thursday, October 30, at 10:00 AM in the main meeting hall at the chamber’s headquarters in Sefrou.
A statement from the chamber indicated that the meeting is held in accordance with the provisions of the statutes governing chambers of commerce, industry, and services, and pursuant to applicable regulatory procedures. The agenda includes several points related to the internal management of the chamber and its future projects.
Agenda
The session’s agenda includes:
- Approval of the minutes of the first ordinary general assembly of 2025.
- Presentation of a report on the chamber’s activities from April to October 2025.
- Examination of the chamber’s draft budget for 2026.
- Presentation and discussion of strategic plans for the period 2025-2027.
- Study and approval of a set of partnership and cooperation agreements.
Proposed Agreements and Partnerships
Among the agreements to be presented to the general assembly:
- A partnership agreement with Meknes Municipal Council to establish the “Ismailia Business Center.”
- A cooperation agreement with the Meknes Provincial Council and the regional agency for project implementation.
- A draft agreement to establish the YOUCODE Fès school for programming and information encryption in partnership with the OCP Foundation.
- A draft agreement to establish and equip an industrial zone in Sefrou.
- A partnership agreement with the Moroccan Association of Textile and Clothing Industries.
- A cooperation agreement with the International University of Fès and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The agenda also includes approval of annexes to previous agreements and discussion of the financial and executive framework for some development projects planned in the region’s provinces.
Meeting Objectives
According to the statement, the meeting aims to review various organizational and financial points related to the chamber’s work, monitor ongoing projects within its legal and institutional competencies, and prepare work plans and programs for 2026.
