The Unified Socialist Party in the Fez province held its general assembly on Sunday morning, September 28, 2025, to renew its regional body. The meeting took place at the party’s headquarters in Fez as part of the late Samia Abad Al-Andalusi session, under the supervision of comrade Abdullah Iftahi, representative of the party’s regional office in the Fez-Meknes region.
The assembly began with the presentation of the literary and financial reports, which were discussed in a spirited and responsible atmosphere before being approved. Following this, a new regional office was elected to lead the party’s activities for the upcoming period, with the following composition:
- Regional Secretary: Othman Zouirsh
- Deputy Secretary (female): Mounia Rashashi
- Deputy Secretary (male): Mustafa Azelmat
- Treasurer: Aziz Oufrid
- Deputy Treasurer (female): Khadija Anmili
- Deputy Treasurer (male): Mourad Al-Mansouri
Additionally, advisors were appointed to oversee various tasks, including Saad Hasimi, Wafaa Al-Ghazi, Sara Sidki, Zouhair Dadi, Saeed Al-Shadli, Mohamed Kharchef, Youssef Al-Ghazi, Zakaria Mohandz Al-Talmasani, and Al-Mustafa Al-Shatoui.
In its concluding statement, the new regional office expressed gratitude for the trust placed in it by the party’s members and affirmed its determination to continue fieldwork, organizational structuring, and institutional development. The office emphasized its commitment to strengthening the party’s position as a progressive and proactive democratic force, and its engagement in all sincere and purposeful mobilization initiatives aimed at defending dignity, freedom, social justice, environmental protection, and genuine equality.
