As part of efforts to boost economic development and support the investment sector in the region, the Regional Investment Center of Fes-Meknes announced the launch of a call for expressions of interest to select investors for the implementation of several tourism projects on three plots of land owned by the Fes municipality. These projects include the establishment of hotels, restaurants, and entertainment spaces with buildings up to six floors high, reflecting the region’s ambition to develop its tourism infrastructure and stimulate the local economy.
This announcement comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to support investment in major Moroccan cities and regions, where the tourism sector is a vital industry directly contributing to job creation and economic activity.
