Meknès, Morocco – The Board of Directors of CODM Meknès Football Club has announced the convening of an ordinary general assembly open to all members on Saturday, September 6, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM.
The general assembly will be held at the Khattatef Center and the agenda will include the following items:
- Verification of credentials and quorum.
- Opening speech by the Vice President.
- Review of the minutes of the previous ordinary general assembly.
- Discussion of the literary and financial reports.
- Review of the auditor’s report.
- Discussion of the draft budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Appointment of auditors and minutes inspectors.
- Acceptance of new members.
- Resignation of the current Board of Directors.
- Election of a new President and Board of Directors.
- Miscellaneous matters.
The statement also indicated that the list of candidates must be submitted by the list’s representative to the association’s general secretariat at least 8 days before the date of the general assembly.
