American billionaire Elon Musk has officially submitted the registration documents for his new political party named “America,” according to the records of the U.S. Federal Election Commission.
Musk stated that his new party aims to represent “80% of moderate Americans” who feel unrepresented by the current extreme partisan politics, emphasizing that “the party will serve as an alternative to both the Democratic and Republican parties.”
Although the party’s founding documents have not yet been officially registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), the public announcement has generated significant buzz in political and media circles, indicating that Musk may be preparing to enter the American political arena formally and directly.
It is worth noting that the new party’s name matches that of Musk’s political action committee, “America PAC,” which he previously established to support various campaigns and political initiatives, reflecting his strategy to expand his political influence.
