Fez: The street adjacent to the Royal Palace in the city of Fez was shaken this evening by a horrific traffic accident that resulted in the death of a young girl and serious injuries to a young man.
According to the newspaper’s correspondent on the scene, the accident occurred on the road bordering the Royal Palace in central Fez, where a motorcycle carrying a young man and a girl collided with a taxi.
Eyewitnesses confirmed that the young female victim, believed to be around 15 years old, died instantly due to severe injuries. As for the young man who was with her on the motorcycle, he sustained serious injuries that required his urgent transfer to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment.
Security forces and civil protection personnel arrived at the scene immediately after being notified. They carried out the necessary procedures and opened an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic accident. The victim’s body was also transferred to the morgue.
