Meknes: Educational administrators working in the Meknes directorate organized a protest this evening, Thursday, April 17, 2025, in front of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool Education, and Sports. They dubbed their action a “Day of Rage.”
This escalatory step came in protest against what the demonstrators considered a “reversal of the dialogue methodology” by the ministry and the failure to respond to their demands, which they described as “just.”
This protest is part of an escalating program of action aimed at pressuring for the fulfillment of the demands of this group. Foremost among these demands is the need to establish a special statute for educational administrators, in addition to increasing the value of allowances for the cadre, establishing the principle of mobility between different grades, and activating ministerial memos related to compensation for administrative burdens.
Educational administrators have begun implementing their protest steps by boycotting all operations related to the “Success School Support Association,” affirming their determination to continue the struggle in all legitimate forms until all their demands are met.
