A local source in Imouzzer Kandar has informed our correspondent of an unfortunate incident involving the local community president, who has been accused of assaulting a café owner in the city.
According to initial information we’ve received, the incident occurred during an operation to confiscate chairs and tables belonging to a café in the city. The community president, accompanied by public works employees, reportedly carried out this operation without prior coordination with local authorities.
The source added that when the café manager attempted to inquire about the matter, the community president allegedly attacked him unexpectedly, reportedly kicking him in the stomach and headbutting him.
As a result of this alleged incident, the café owner was taken to the Imouzzer Kandar Health Center for treatment. Due to the reported severity of his condition, he was later transferred to the city of Fez for necessary medical care.
