A citizen from the city of Fez complained that the gray card for his car was delayed for 30 months, despite the filing of the application file and payment of the required fees at the registration center in Fez at the end of 2021.
In a letter of complaint addressed to the regional director of the National Road Safety Agency, Fes-Meknès, the car owner explained that he had submitted several verbal complaints to the director of the registration center in Fes and to his lordship to ask about the reason for the delay, but to no avail.
The car owner stated that he did not receive any answer or a clear explanation for the reason for this unjustified delay, noting that the employee at the center indicated that the reason for the delay was due to an error in the number of the iron frame in the gray card, which led to the failure of the file and the delay in the issuance of the card.
The car owner confirmed that he is suffering a lot from this delay, as he wants to sell his car but cannot do so without obtaining the gray card.
The car owner added that he contacted the center repeatedly, but did not receive any solution or clarification of the reason for the delay.
The car owner asked the regional director of the National Road Safety Agency Fes-Meknes to intervene urgently to solve this issue and issue the gray card for his car as soon as possible.
