As for the allegation that the aforementioned detainee was going to consider going on a hunger strike to protest what he would suffer inside the institution, the clarification confirms that this is a “false allegation,” meaning that the person in question never provided written notification to the administration of the start of the hunger strike, and that He was placed in solitary confinement upon his written request.
