Maroc – La Zaouïa Qadiriyya Boutchichiya de Madagh a accueilli, le 18 juillet 2026, un colloque scientifique consacré au thème « La Bay’a légitime et l’Institution du Commandeur des croyants : significations et dimensions », suivi d’une soirée spirituelle de dhikr, de samâa et de chants religieux en l’honneur du Prophète, sous la présidence du Cheikh de la confrérie, Dr Sidi Moulay Mounir Al-Qadiri Boutchich, avec la participation de chercheurs et de spécialistes des questions religieuses et intellectuelles.
Selon les organisateurs, cette rencontre s’inscrit dans le cadre de la célébration du 27ᵉ anniversaire de l’accession de Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI, Commandeur des croyants, au Trône, ainsi que de la commémoration des quinze siècles de la naissance du Prophète Mohammed (paix et salut sur lui).
Les intervenants ont abordé plusieurs thématiques liées au concept de la Bay’a légitime et à sa place parmi les constantes religieuses et nationales du Maroc, ainsi que les dimensions historiques et constitutionnelles de l’Institution du Commandeur des croyants, son rôle dans la protection de la religion, la préservation de la sécurité spirituelle, la promotion des valeurs de modération et de juste milieu, ainsi que le renforcement de l’unité et de la stabilité de la nation.
Dans son allocution de clôture, le Dr Sidi Moulay Mounir Al-Qadiri Boutchich a souligné que l’Institution du Commandeur des croyants joue, selon lui, un rôle central dans la consolidation de la paix, de la sécurité et de la cohésion nationale. Il a également affirmé que les confréries soufies contribuent à la diffusion des valeurs de citoyenneté et de solidarité sociale, tout en renforçant l’attachement aux constantes religieuses et nationales.
À l’issue du colloque, la Zaouïa a organisé une soirée spirituelle de dhikr, de samâa et de chants religieux qui s’est poursuivie jusqu’aux premières heures du dimanche matin, en présence des disciples de la confrérie et de nombreux participants, dans une atmosphère empreinte de recueillement.
Dans son discours de clôture, le Cheikh de la Zaouïa a appelé à organiser des lectures intégrales du Saint Coran, de Dalâ’il Al-Khayrât et de Adh-Dhakhîra dans les différentes zaouïas, en dédiant leur récompense spirituelle à Sa Majesté le Roi, Commandeur des croyants, tout en priant pour sa santé et son bien-être. Il a également recommandé de maintenir les invocations en faveur du Souverain lors des retraites spirituelles et des séances de dhikr, individuelles et collectives.
Les activités se sont achevées par des prières en faveur du Commandeur des croyants, du peuple marocain et de l’ensemble de la communauté musulmane, clôturant une journée mêlant réflexion scientifique et spiritualité.
Oujda: Madagh’s Qadiriyya Boutchichiya Zawiya Hosts Scientific Symposium on the Religious Bay’ah and the Institution of the Commander of the Faithful
Morocco – The Qadiriyya Boutchichiya Zawiya in Madagh hosted a scientific symposium on July 18, 2026, under the theme “The Religious Bay’ah and the Institution of the Commander of the Faithful: Meanings and Dimensions.” The event was followed by a spiritual evening featuring dhikr, sama’, and devotional praises of the Prophet, under the supervision of the head of the order, Dr. Sidi Moulay Mounir Al-Qadiri Boutchich, with the participation of scholars and specialists in religious and intellectual affairs.
According to the organizers, the symposium was held to mark the 27th anniversary of the accession of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, to the Throne, as well as the commemoration of fifteen centuries since the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Participants discussed a range of topics related to the concept of the religious Bay’ah (pledge of allegiance) and its place among Morocco’s religious and national constants. They also examined the historical and constitutional dimensions of the Institution of the Commander of the Faithful, its role in safeguarding religion, preserving spiritual security, promoting moderation and tolerance, and strengthening national unity and stability.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Sidi Moulay Mounir Al-Qadiri Boutchich stated that the Institution of the Commander of the Faithful plays a central role in promoting peace, security, and national cohesion. He also highlighted the contribution of Sufi orders to spreading the values of citizenship, social solidarity, and attachment to Morocco’s religious and national foundations.
Following the symposium, the Zawiya hosted a spiritual evening of dhikr, sama’, and devotional chants that continued until the early hours of Sunday morning, with the participation of members of the order and numerous attendees in an atmosphere marked by spirituality and devotion.
In his concluding address, the head of the Zawiya called for the organization of complete recitations of the Holy Quran, Dalā’il al-Khayrāt, and Adh-Dhakhīrah in various zawiyas across the country, dedicating their spiritual rewards to His Majesty the King, Commander of the Faithful, while praying for his health and well-being. He also urged participants to continue offering prayers for the Sovereign during spiritual retreats and individual and collective dhikr gatherings.
The event concluded with prayers for the Commander of the Faithful, the Moroccan people, and Muslims around the world, bringing to a close a day that combined scholarly discussion with spiritual activities.
