Rabat – La Ligue Nationale de Football Professionnel (LNFP), en coordination avec la Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football (FRMF) et la Ligue Nationale de Football Amateur, a dévoilé le calendrier officiel des matchs de barrage pour l’accession à la Botola Pro D1 et le maintien parmi les clubs de l’élite, en vue de la prochaine saison sportive.
Selon le communiqué de la Ligue, les matchs aller se disputeront les vendredi 17 et samedi 18 juillet 2026, tandis que les rencontres retour auront lieu les mardi 21 et mercredi 22 juillet 2026.
La LNFP précise que les clubs concernés devront obtenir l’approbation de la Commission des compétitions concernant les stades qui accueilleront ces rencontres, lesquels devront répondre à l’ensemble des exigences organisationnelles et techniques fixées par les instances compétentes.
Ces barrages revêtent une importance particulière puisqu’ils détermineront les clubs qui évolueront en Botola Pro Inwi D1 lors de la prochaine saison, que ce soit en conservant leur place parmi l’élite ou en décrochant leur promotion depuis la deuxième division.
Ces confrontations devraient susciter un vif intérêt auprès des supporters, compte tenu de leur enjeu sportif, puisqu’elles représentent la dernière opportunité pour les équipes concernées de sceller leur avenir avant le coup d’envoi de la nouvelle saison.
Botola Pro Enters Decisive Stage as League Unveils Promotion and Relegation Playoff Schedule
Rabat – The National Professional Football League (LNFP), in coordination with the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and the National Amateur Football League, has announced the official schedule for the promotion and relegation playoffs ahead of the upcoming football season.
According to the League’s statement, the first-leg matches will be played on Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, 2026, while the second-leg fixtures are scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, and Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
The League also stated that the clubs involved must obtain approval from the Competitions Committee regarding the stadiums hosting the matches, ensuring that all venues meet the required organizational and technical standards.
The playoff matches are of major importance, as they will determine which clubs will compete in the Botola Pro Inwi Division One next season, either by securing their place among the top-flight teams or by earning promotion from the second division.
The fixtures are expected to attract significant public attention due to their high sporting stakes, as they represent the final opportunity for the participating clubs to determine their fate before the start of the new season.
