Gaza – Le Royaume du Maroc a entamé sa participation sur le terrain au sein de la Force internationale de stabilisation chargée de soutenir la sécurité et la stabilité dans la bande de Gaza, avec l’arrivée des premiers éléments des Forces Armées Royales dans le cadre d’une mission internationale visant à sécuriser les corridors humanitaires et à accompagner les efforts de reconstruction durant la phase post-conflit.
Le Conseil de paix supervisant cette initiative internationale a annoncé que l’arrivée du contingent marocain constitue un soutien supplémentaire aux efforts destinés à aider les habitants de Gaza et à renforcer la stabilité dans le territoire, dans le cadre d’arrangements internationaux visant à sécuriser la période de transition et à rétablir progressivement la vie civile.
Le général américain Jasper Jeffers avait auparavant annoncé l’adhésion du Maroc à cette coalition internationale chargée de sécuriser les zones destinées à l’aide humanitaire et les sites de reconstruction, tout en contribuant à limiter les menaces sécuritaires susceptibles d’entraver les efforts de stabilisation.
Le Maroc rejoint ainsi plusieurs pays participant avec des forces déployées sur le terrain, notamment l’Indonésie, le Kazakhstan, le Kosovo et l’Albanie, au sein d’une force internationale visant à créer les conditions nécessaires à la reconstruction des infrastructures et à la reprise des services essentiels dans la bande de Gaza.
Selon les informations disponibles, cette force internationale sera déployée progressivement. Dans un premier temps, elle sera stationnée à proximité des zones dédiées aux projets de reconstruction dans le sud de Gaza, avant d’étendre son déploiement à d’autres secteurs en fonction de l’évolution de la situation sur le terrain et des exigences de la mission.
Le choix du Maroc pour participer à cette mission repose sur sa position diplomatique particulière sur la scène internationale, en tant qu’acteur impliqué dans plusieurs initiatives de paix et de dialogue régional, ainsi que sur sa présidence du Comité Al-Qods relevant de l’Organisation de la coopération islamique.
Le Maroc participe également aux efforts internationaux de soutien à la reconstruction de Gaza à travers sa contribution aux initiatives et institutions concernées par la phase post-conflit, dans le cadre d’une approche associant aide humanitaire, stabilité et développement.

Gaza – The Kingdom of Morocco has begun its field participation in the International Stabilization Force tasked with supporting security and stability in the Gaza Strip, following the arrival of the first members of the Royal Armed Forces as part of an international mission aimed at securing humanitarian corridors and supporting reconstruction efforts during the post-conflict phase.
The Peace Council overseeing the international initiative announced that the arrival of the Moroccan contingent represents additional support for efforts to assist the people of Gaza and strengthen stability within the territory, as part of international arrangements intended to secure the transitional period and gradually restore civilian life.
U.S. General Jasper Jeffers had previously announced Morocco’s participation in this international coalition, which is responsible for securing areas designated for humanitarian aid and reconstruction projects, while also helping to reduce security threats that could hinder stabilization efforts.
Morocco joins several countries contributing troops on the ground, including Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, and Albania, within an international force seeking to create the conditions necessary for rebuilding infrastructure and restoring essential services throughout the Gaza Strip.
According to available information, the international force will be deployed in phases. Initially, it will be stationed near areas designated for reconstruction projects in southern Gaza before expanding to other locations depending on developments on the ground and mission requirements.
Morocco’s selection for participation in this mission is based on its distinctive diplomatic standing on the international stage, as a country involved in various peace and regional dialogue initiatives, as well as its chairmanship of the Al-Quds Committee under the umbrella of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
Morocco is also participating in international efforts to support Gaza’s reconstruction through its contributions to initiatives and institutions involved in the post-conflict phase, within an approach that combines humanitarian assistance with efforts to promote stability and development.
