Son Altesse Royale la Princesse Lalla Hasnaa a représenté le Royaume du Maroc, mercredi 25 mars 2026, aux travaux du sommet de “l’Alliance mondiale pour les enfants”, tenu à la Maison-Blanche à Washington, à l’invitation de la Première dame des États-Unis, Melania Trump, dans le cadre d’une initiative internationale visant à construire un avenir meilleur pour les enfants.
Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Hasnaa represented the Kingdom of Morocco on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the “Global Alliance for Children” summit held at the White House in Washington, at the invitation of the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, as part of an international initiative aimed at building a better future for children.
Cette alliance, placée sous le thème “Fostering the Future Together”, vise à améliorer le bien-être des enfants et à renforcer leur autonomisation à l’ère numérique, en élargissant l’accès à l’éducation et à la technologie, tout en encourageant l’innovation comme levier essentiel du développement.
This alliance, under the theme “Fostering the Future Together,” aims to improve children’s well-being and enhance their empowerment in the digital age by expanding access to education and technology, while promoting innovation as a key driver of development.

Lors de l’ouverture du sommet, marquée par une allocution de bienvenue présentée par un robot humanoïde, Melania Trump a souligné que les transformations rapides que connaît le monde, notamment dans le domaine de l’intelligence artificielle, imposent l’adoption de nouvelles approches plaçant les enfants au cœur des priorités. Elle a appelé à des actions concrètes, notamment l’organisation de rencontres régionales, le renforcement des partenariats avec le secteur privé, la facilitation de l’accès à la technologie et le développement de cadres législatifs modernes pour protéger les enfants dans l’espace numérique.
During the opening of the summit, which featured a welcome speech delivered by a humanoid robot, Melania Trump stressed that the rapid transformations taking place in the world, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, require the adoption of new approaches that place children at the center of priorities. She called for concrete actions, including organizing regional meetings, strengthening partnerships with the private sector, facilitating access to technology, and developing modern legislative frameworks to protect children in the digital space.

Dans son intervention, la Princesse Lalla Hasnaa a affirmé que préparer les enfants à s’adapter à l’ère numérique n’est plus seulement une responsabilité nationale, mais un enjeu mondial nécessitant la mobilisation de tous les pays et institutions, mettant en garde contre l’élargissement de la fracture entre ceux qui bénéficient de la technologie et ceux qui en sont exclus.
In her speech, Princess Lalla Hasnaa emphasized that preparing children to adapt to the digital age is no longer solely a national responsibility but a global challenge requiring the mobilization of all countries and institutions, warning against the widening gap between those who benefit from technology and those who remain excluded.

Elle a souligné que la technologie doit être un outil d’autonomisation et de réduction des inégalités, et non un facteur d’aggravation de celles-ci, mettant en avant l’engagement du Maroc dans cette dynamique internationale à travers le renforcement des plateformes de protection numérique, le développement de programmes d’alphabétisation digitale et l’élargissement des opportunités d’inclusion technologique pour les enfants.
She highlighted that technology should serve as a tool for empowerment and reducing inequalities rather than exacerbating them, emphasizing Morocco’s commitment to this international momentum through strengthening digital protection platforms, developing digital literacy programs, and expanding opportunities for technological inclusion for children.

La Princesse a également annoncé la disposition du Royaume à partager ses expériences et bonnes pratiques avec les pays africains, dans le cadre du renforcement de la coopération internationale et de l’échange d’expériences réussies.
The Princess also announced Morocco’s readiness to share its experiences and best practices with African countries as part of strengthening international cooperation and exchanging successful experiences.
