Taza – Quatre syndicats représentant les professionnels de la santé à l’hôpital provincial de Taza ont annoncé la création d’une coordination syndicale quadripartite, dans le cadre de ce qu’ils ont décrit comme une démarche visant à unir les efforts pour suivre la situation professionnelle au sein de l’établissement et réagir à plusieurs questions liées à sa gestion et à son administration.
Taza – Four unions representing healthcare workers at the provincial hospital in Taza have announced the formation of a four-union coordination body aimed at unifying efforts to monitor professional conditions within the institution and address several issues related to its management and administration.

Cette annonce a été faite dans un communiqué adressé à l’opinion publique en date du 11 mars 2026, signé par les syndicats concernés, qui ont indiqué que cette initiative intervient dans un contexte qu’ils qualifient d’irrégularités croissantes au sein de l’hôpital provincial, ainsi que de plusieurs problématiques liées à la gestion de l’établissement.
The announcement was made in a statement addressed to the public on March 11, 2026, signed by the concerned unions, which stated that the step comes in response to what they describe as increasing irregularities within the provincial hospital and several issues related to the institution’s management.

Le communiqué indique également que la création de cette coordination fait suite à ce que les syndicats décrivent comme un “suivi attentif” de certaines pratiques de gestion au sein de l’hôpital, estimant que certaines décisions prises – selon leurs termes – ont parfois été marquées par un caractère improvisé et n’ont pas toujours respecté l’approche participative ou les procédures réglementaires en vigueur, ce qui aurait conduit, selon la même source, à un climat de tension parmi le personnel de santé.

À la fin du communiqué, la coordination syndicale quadripartite a annoncé le boycott d’une réunion programmée avec l’administration, en protestation contre ce qu’elle décrit comme les méthodes actuelles de gestion, exprimant également son rejet de décisions qu’elle considère individuelles et non fondées sur le dialogue avec les partenaires sociaux.
At the end of the statement, the four-union coordination announced a boycott of a scheduled meeting with the administration in protest against what it described as current management practices, also rejecting what it considers unilateral decisions taken without dialogue with social partners.
