Fès – Dans le cadre du droit de réponse, Fès News a reçu un communiqué explicatif émanant de la direction de l’Higher School of Teachers in Fes, relevant de l’Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, au sujet de l’article précédemment publié sous le titre : « Tension à l’École Normale Supérieure de Fès : un syndicat demande l’ouverture d’une enquête sur une ‘agression’ présumée contre un employé ».

According to the statement, the incident relates to an administrative and professional dispute concerning the management of autumn session results reports. The administration indicated that the concerned staff member did not complete the reports within the specified deadlines despite receiving a formal notice and an additional extension.
Selon le communiqué, les faits seraient liés à un différend administratif et professionnel concernant la gestion des procès-verbaux des résultats de la session d’automne. La direction précise que l’intéressé n’a pas établi les procès-verbaux dans les délais impartis, malgré une notification et un délai supplémentaire accordé.

The administration further stated that the deliberation committee for the Bachelor’s in Education program (S1–S3), held on February 23, 2026, experienced delays due to incomplete data, prompting the administration to intervene and prepare the documents in the presence of the relevant departments.
La direction a également indiqué que la commission de délibération du parcours Licence en Éducation (S1–S3), tenue le 23 février 2026, a connu un retard en raison de l’absence de certaines données, ce qui a nécessité l’intervention de l’administration pour les établir en présence des services concernés.

The statement added that the concerned employee allegedly refused to provide the administration with certain technical data related to a professional computer, which, according to the same source, led to the loss of students’ results files and the postponement of their publication.
Le communiqué ajoute que l’intéressé aurait refusé de transmettre à l’administration certaines données techniques liées à l’ordinateur professionnel, ce qui aurait entraîné, selon la même source, la perte du fichier des résultats des étudiants et le report de leur publication.

The administration confirmed that it informed the competent authorities and communicated with the local office of the National Union of Higher Education Sector Employees to share relevant information, reiterating its willingness to open dialogue within the framework of legal provisions.
La direction a confirmé avoir saisi les autorités compétentes et contacté le bureau local du syndicat national des employés du secteur de l’enseignement supérieur afin de l’informer des éléments du dossier, tout en réaffirmant sa disponibilité à ouvrir un dialogue dans le respect des dispositions légales.
