Fez – The Wilaya of the Fez–Meknes Region, Prefecture of Fez, has announced the establishment of a special duty service at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Prefecture (Department of Economic Affairs and Coordination), on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan 1447 Hijri. The initiative aims to monitor supply conditions and the quality of food products offered for sale in commercial establishments.
Fès – La Wilaya de la région Fès–Meknès, Préfecture de Fès, a annoncé la mise en place d’une permanence spéciale au siège du Secrétariat Général de la Préfecture (Service des Affaires Économiques et de la Coordination), à l’occasion du mois sacré de Ramadan 1447 de l’Hégire. Cette initiative vise à suivre la situation de l’approvisionnement et la qualité des produits alimentaires proposés à la vente dans les commerces.

According to the statement issued by the competent services, this duty service will operate throughout the week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, in order to receive citizens’ complaints related to supply conditions and the sanitary standards of food products.
Selon le communiqué publié par les services compétents, cette permanence sera assurée tous les jours de la semaine de 9h00 à 16h30, et de 12h00 à 17h00 les samedis et dimanches, afin de recevoir les réclamations des citoyens relatives à l’approvisionnement et aux conditions sanitaires des produits alimentaires.

The Prefecture has also dedicated the toll-free number 5757 to receive and process citizens’ complaints, as part of efforts to protect purchasing power and ensure compliance with health and safety standards during the holy month.
La Préfecture a également mis à disposition le numéro vert 5757 pour recevoir et traiter les réclamations des citoyens, dans le cadre de la protection du pouvoir d’achat et du respect des normes de sécurité sanitaire durant le mois sacré.

This step comes within the framework of strengthening monitoring and vigilance mechanisms and ensuring the continuous supply of essential goods to markets in compliance with the applicable laws. Citizens are encouraged to report any potential violations through the designated channels.
Cette démarche s’inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement des mécanismes de veille et de contrôle, ainsi que de la garantie de l’approvisionnement continu des marchés en produits de première nécessité dans le respect des lois en vigueur. Les citoyens sont invités à signaler toute éventuelle irrégularité via les canaux dédiés.
