The Democratic Federation of Labour Union attracted a number of sanitation workers who, during this meeting, established their new local office. Mohamed Masrour was appointed as the local secretary of the Democratic Federation of Labour Union for the Fes 1 region.
The sanitation workers hope that their new union leadership will firmly stand beside them to defend their interests and improve their working conditions, while also supporting the interests of the company they work for, thereby enhancing stability and governance in the sector.
This step reflects the ongoing efforts of trade unionism in Morocco to strengthen workers’ rights and organization, with a focus on the most vulnerable groups to improve their professional and social conditions.
