Administrative and Developmental Activities of the Governor of Boulemane Province in Ouaouizeght City

Recently, Ouaouizeght city in Boulemane Province witnessed a series of visits and activities conducted by the governor of the province, Allal El Baz, aimed at monitoring developmental projects and improving local infrastructure.

Among these activities was the inauguration of a neighborhood sports field and a swimming pool at the Moudarris Club within Al-Mourabitine High School in Ouaouizeght. The event was attended by a delegation comprising military and civilian figures, members of civil society, elected officials, and educational staff from various regions.

During the same period, a ceremony was held at Culture House 02 to honor retired educational personnel across primary, middle, and secondary levels. A lottery was conducted to award a pilgrimage trip to the Holy Lands, with the second winner called upon due to the absence of the first.

The governor highlighted ongoing efforts to oversee various developmental projects including infrastructure improvement and accelerating work sites, in addition to supporting economic and social programs, particularly those aimed at persons with special needs.

In the tourism sector, the provincial office in Missour hosted the first regional tourism forum, which addressed several issues related to the industry within the province.

Administrative measures have also been taken to address the phenomenon of “ghost employees” and informal workers within the provincial administration as part of organizational reform efforts.

Furthermore, Governor Allal El Baz received an appreciation award from the Social Works Association for Education, Boulemane branch, reflecting continued engagement with the education sector and its staff in the province.
