Pass Rate for the 2025 Baccalaureate Exams in the Fès-Meknès Region Exceeds 81%

The Regional Academy of Education and Training for the Fès-Meknès region announced that the overall success rate for the 2025 Baccalaureate exams, including both the regular and resit sessions, reached 81.86% among enrolled candidates.

According to a statement issued by the academy, a total of 46,545 enrolled candidates took the exams, with 36,954 passing, of whom 56.45% were female students. Additionally, 6,167 students from private education succeeded.

The statement detailed that 27,513 candidates passed in the scientific and technical streams, achieving a success rate of approximately 78.68%, while the literary and original streams recorded a higher success rate of 92.79% with 9,398 successful candidates. In the vocational baccalaureate, 43 candidates passed, with a success rate of 86%.

In the international tracks, 14,438 candidates succeeded, corresponding to a success rate of 81.09%, while 172 candidates with disabilities passed, achieving a rate of 87.31%.

Regarding free candidates, 16,172 attended the exams across both sessions, with 5,356 passing, including 121 inmates from correctional facilities.

On excellence indicators, the academy reported that 16,003 candidates earned honors distinctions: 1,903 received “Very Good,” 4,167 “Good,” and 9,933 “Passable.”

The Regional Academy of Education and Training for Fès-Meknès expressed its gratitude and appreciation to all educational and administrative staff, supervisory bodies, academy employees, and provincial directorates for their efforts and sacrifices in ensuring the success of this important milestone in the students’ academic journey.

The academy also praised the contributions of all involved partners, including local authorities, the National Police, Royal Gendarmerie, Auxiliary Forces, Civil Protection, as well as parents’ associations, all of whom played a vital role in the smooth conduct of the exams.
