The General Directorate of Meteorology announced on Thursday that hot weather is expected to prevail from Saturday to Monday in many regions of the Kingdom, with temperatures ranging between 37 and 42 degrees Celsius.
The directorate explained, in an orange-colored warning bulletin, that temperatures are expected to range between 37 and 42 degrees Celsius from Saturday to Monday in the provinces of Beni Mellal, Fakih Ben Saleh, Khenifra, Settat, Rahamna, Youssoufia and Chichaoua.
The bulletin added that this heat wave will also include the regions of Qalaa Sraghna, Marrakech, Moulay Yacoub, Fez, Meknes, Taounate, Sidi Slimane, Khemisset, Sidi Kacem, Errachidia, Zakoura, Tangier, Tata and Awsard.
