The discovery of an unidentified corpse in the Um al-Rabia river in the Al-Burj region near the city of Khenifra, shook the residents of the region on Tuesday, under circumstances that are still mysterious, according to local sources.
According to local sources, the Royal Gendarmerie services at the Khenifra regional center were notified of the presence of a body in the process of decomposition in one of the areas near the river.
The Civil Protection personnel recovered the body and transported it to the mortuary in Khenifra, following the instructions of the competent public prosecution, in order to undergo a medical autopsy and determine the identity of the owner and the circumstances of his death.
The discovery of the body sparked shock and fear among the residents of the area, who are eagerly awaiting the results of the investigations carried out by the Royal Gendarmerie to determine the identity of the victim and the circumstances of his death.
