Nabila Mounib calls for a solution to the medical student crisis from inside the parliamentary dome. And the advancement of the rural world + (video)

Nabila Mounib, MP for the United Socialist Party (USP), demanded during the monthly accountability session for the Prime Minister on Monday in the House of Representatives that a favorable climate must be created to attract investment, despite the highly complex international situation.

Mounib stressed that encouraging investment requires providing basic conditions, the most important of which is maintaining security and stability, starting with “ending normalization with Israel, which is carrying out a war of extermination against the Palestinians.”

She also stressed the need to provide an atmosphere of freedom, the rule of law and reducing dependency to attract investments.

In this context, Mounib said that encouraging investment began in the early 2000s with the establishment of the Equity and Reconciliation Commission and the opening of the space for freedom of the press.

Mounib criticized the postponement of reform, tax and fiscal policies, arguing that they led to the recognition of the failure of the development model.

The parliamentarian called for promoting training to stimulate investment, resolving the issue of medical students, returning suspended professors, advancing the rural world, and reversing the privatization of major public enterprises.
