Moulay Yacoub Province: The provincial governor, Mohamed Samir El Khamlichi, is overseeing a comprehensive development vision aimed at improving infrastructure and social services for vulnerable groups in the province. This approach relies on direct field coordination to enhance healthcare and social support services, leading to tangible improvements in local care systems.
At the forefront of these efforts is the Haj Abdelhadi Tmoujati Elderly Care Center, the largest facility of its kind in the region, which has received special attention from the governor. His interventions have contributed to increasing the institution’s budget and mobilizing partners to ensure dignified living conditions for residents in line with modern professional standards.
Governor El Khamlichi has also supervised the launch of key structural projects within the center, including the construction of a dedicated clinic, a modern kitchen and sanitary facilities, as well as the establishment of a new administrative structure to strengthen governance.
In parallel, a specialized center for individuals with mental health disorders has been created, further reinforcing the healthcare and social support system in Moulay Yacoub Province.

Province de Moulay Yacoub : Le gouverneur de la province, Mohamed Samir El Khamlichi, supervise la mise en œuvre d’une vision de développement globale visant à améliorer les infrastructures et les services sociaux destinés aux populations vulnérables. Cette approche repose sur une coordination de terrain afin d’optimiser les services de santé et d’accompagnement social, générant des résultats concrets.
Parmi les projets phares figure le centre d’accueil des personnes âgées Haj Abdelhadi Tmoujati, le plus important de la région, qui a bénéficié d’un suivi particulier du gouverneur. Ses interventions ont permis d’augmenter le budget de l’établissement et de mobiliser les partenaires afin d’assurer des conditions d’accueil dignes, conformes aux standards modernes.
Le gouverneur a également supervisé le lancement de projets structurants au sein du centre, notamment la construction d’une infirmerie dédiée, d’une cuisine et d’installations sanitaires modernes, ainsi que la mise en place d’une nouvelle administration pour renforcer la gouvernance.
Parallèlement, la création d’un centre spécialisé pour les personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux vient consolider l’offre de soins et d’accompagnement social dans la province de Moulay Yacoub.
