Fès – La Commune de Fès et l’Arrondissement Saïss ont annoncé la mise en place de permanences administratives dédiées aux services de légalisation de signature et de certification conforme des documents durant les week-ends allant du mois de mai jusqu’à juin 2026, dans le but de rapprocher les services administratifs des citoyens et d’assurer la continuité des services publics.
Fes – The Commune de Fès and the Saiss District have announced the organization of special administrative duty services for signature legalization and certified copies during weekends from May until June 2026, with the aim of bringing administrative services closer to citizens and ensuring the continuity of public services.

Dans ce cadre, la Commune de Fès a annoncé une permanence exceptionnelle les samedi 9 et dimanche 10 mai 2026 dans les bureaux d’état civil relevant de plusieurs arrondissements, durant la période matinale allant de 9h00 à 13h00.
In this context, the Commune de Fès announced an exceptional duty service on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10, 2026, at civil status offices belonging to several districts, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Selon le programme annoncé, la permanence du samedi 9 mai concernera :
Arrondissement Jnan El Ward : Bureau d’état civil Sidi Boujida
Arrondissement Zouagha : Bureau d’état civil Oued Fès

La commune a précisé que les services assurés durant ces permanences se limitent à la légalisation des signatures et à la certification conforme des copies de documents au profit des citoyens ayant besoin de ces prestations administratives pendant les week-ends.
The commune confirmed that the services provided during these duty periods are limited to signature legalization and certified true copies of documents for citizens requiring these administrative services during weekends.

De son côté, l’Arrondissement Saïss a dévoilé un programme mensuel de permanence des bureaux de légalisation de signature et de certification des documents, couvrant la période du 3 mai au 7 juin 2026 selon le calendrier suivant :
03 mai 2026 : Bureau de légalisation au siège de l’arrondissement
10 mai 2026 : Bureau Ennargis
17 mai 2026 : Bureau Azhoure
24 mai 2026 : Bureau Al Mourabitine
31 mai 2026 : Bureau Ain Amir
07 juin 2026 : Bureau Riyad
For its part, the Saiss District announced a monthly schedule for signature legalization and document certification offices from May 3 to June 7, 2026, according to the following timetable:
