Le Maroc et le Sénégal ont signé, lundi à Rabat, un ensemble d’accords de coopération et de partenariat, de mémorandums d’entente et de protocoles d’application, à l’occasion de la tenue de la 15ᵉ session de la Commission mixte supérieure de coopération maroco-sénégalaise, présidée par le Chef du gouvernement marocain Aziz Akhannouch et le Premier ministre sénégalais Ousmane Sonko.
Morocco and Senegal signed, on Monday in Rabat, a series of cooperation and partnership agreements, memorandums of understanding and implementation protocols, on the occasion of the 15th session of the Morocco–Senegal Joint High Commission for Cooperation, chaired by Moroccan Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch and Senegalese Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko.

Dans ce cadre, le ministre des Affaires étrangères, de la Coopération africaine et des Marocains résidant à l’étranger, Nasser Bourita, et son homologue sénégalais Cheikh Niang ont signé le communiqué conjoint clôturant les travaux de cette session, ainsi qu’un mémorandum d’entente portant sur la mise en place d’un mécanisme de concertation consulaire, un projet de mémorandum dans le domaine de la jeunesse, un protocole d’application de l’accord relatif au transport routier international de voyageurs et de marchandises, un accord de coopération en matière de sécurité routière, et un accord-cadre d’assistance technique dans le domaine des autoroutes.
In this context, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, and his Senegalese counterpart Cheikh Niang signed the joint communiqué concluding the session’s work, as well as a memorandum of understanding establishing a mechanism for consular consultation, a draft memorandum in the field of youth, an implementation protocol for the agreement on international road transport of passengers and goods, a cooperation agreement on road safety, and a framework agreement for technical assistance in the field of highways.

Les signatures ont également porté sur un protocole de coopération dans l’économie numérique, un mémorandum d’entente sur les infrastructures, un accord-cadre en matière de formation professionnelle, ainsi qu’un accord-cadre relatif aux bourses, aux internships et à l’échange d’expertise.
The signings also included a cooperation protocol in the digital economy, a memorandum of understanding on infrastructure, a framework agreement on vocational training, and a framework agreement relating to scholarships, internships and the exchange of expertise.

Dans le secteur de l’enseignement supérieur, le ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche scientifique et de l’Innovation, Azzedine El Midaoui, et son homologue sénégalais Daouda Ngom ont signé un programme d’application de la coopération couvrant la période 2026–2028.
In the higher education sector, the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, Azzedine El Midaoui, and his Senegalese counterpart Daouda Ngom signed an implementation program for cooperation covering the period 2026–2028.

Au niveau de l’industrie et du commerce, le ministre de l’Industrie et du Commerce, Ryad Mezzour, et son homologue sénégalais Serigne Guèye Diop ont signé un mémorandum d’entente pour le développement des petites et moyennes entreprises, un accord de coopération dans le domaine des infrastructures industrielles, ainsi qu’un protocole relatif à la normalisation.
In the area of industry and trade, the Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, and his Senegalese counterpart Serigne Guèye Diop signed a memorandum of understanding for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, a cooperation agreement on industrial infrastructure, and a protocol on standardization.

Dans le domaine agricole, le ministre de l’Agriculture, de la Pêche maritime, du Développement rural et des Eaux et Forêts, Ahmed El Bouari, et son Senegalese counterpart Mabouba Diagne signed cooperation agreements covering agriculture, livestock value chains, animal health and food safety. An additional agreement was also signed with the Senegalese Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation, Abdourahmane Sarr, concerning the monitoring of sanitary safety of fisheries and aquaculture products.
In the agricultural sector, the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Ahmed El Bouari, and his Senegalese counterpart Mabouba Diagne signed cooperation agreements covering agriculture, livestock value chains, animal health and food safety. An additional agreement was also signed with the Senegalese Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation, Abdourahmane Sarr, on monitoring the sanitary safety of fisheries and aquaculture products.

Dans le secteur portuaire, un accord de partenariat et de coopération a été signé entre l’Agence nationale des ports et le Port autonome de Dakar, signé par Mustapha Fares et Waly Diouf Bodiang.
In the ports sector, a partnership and cooperation agreement was signed between the National Ports Agency and the Autonomous Port of Dakar, signed by Mustapha Fares and Waly Diouf Bodiang.

Les travaux ont été clôturés par la signature du procès-verbal de la 15ᵉ session de la Commission mixte supérieure de coopération maroco-sénégalaise par les chefs de gouvernement des deux pays, reflétant une volonté commune d’approfondir et d’élargir le partenariat bilatéral dans des secteurs prioritaires.
The proceedings concluded with the signing of the minutes of the 15th session of the Morocco–Senegal Joint High Commission for Cooperation by the heads of government of both countries, reflecting a shared determination to deepen and expand bilateral partnership in priority sectors.
