The Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdelatif Hammouchi, has decided to grant an exceptional financial bonus for the year 2025 to all female and male employees of the National Security, working across central departments and regional commands nationwide.
This decision comes as part of the material and professional incentive framework adopted by the General Directorate of National Security, with the aim of supporting police human resources and motivating them to continue carrying out their security duties in protecting public order and ensuring citizens’ safety.
According to available information, this initiative falls within a broader package of social measures intended to improve the professional working environment for National Security staff, enabling them to perform their duties under optimal conditions.
It is worth noting that, in recent years, the General Directorate of National Security has consistently allocated this annual bonus to all its personnel, as part of efforts to strengthen social support for the National Security family and to promote a culture of recognition for the efforts made in serving the public interest.
