As part of the military cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United States of America, the Language School of the Royal Armed Forces in Salé hosted the third phase of the training course on “Gender-Based Violence” from September 8 to 12, 2025.

This training course is part of a comprehensive program supervised by a mobile training team from the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), with the participation of several officers and non-commissioned officers from various units of the Royal Armed Forces.

The third phase aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants in preventing and professionally addressing gender-based violence, in line with internationally recognized standards. This initiative also reflects Morocco’s firm commitment to promoting the Women, Peace, and Security agenda and supporting bilateral and multilateral cooperation efforts in this field.

The training course concluded with a certificate award ceremony attended by representatives of the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces and the Royal Gendarmerie, underscoring the importance of this ongoing military and training cooperation.
