High Temperatures Between 24°C and 46°C Expected Tomorrow Monday in Several Regions of Morocco

The Directorate General of Meteorology has forecast a noticeable rise in minimum and maximum temperatures across various Moroccan cities tomorrow, Monday, with maximum temperatures ranging between 24°C and 46°C.

Below are the expected minimum and maximum temperatures in some Moroccan cities:

  • Bouarfa: 21°C – 38°C
  • Al Hoceima: 22°C – 35°C
  • Tetouan: 22°C – 37°C
  • Ceuta (occupied): 20°C – 33°C
  • Melilla (occupied): 21°C – 31°C
  • Tangier: 22°C – 29°C
  • Kenitra: 19°C – 28°C
  • Rabat: 19°C – 26°C
  • Casablanca: 20°C – 26°C
  • El Jadida: 20°C – 27°C
  • Settat: 18°C – 38°C
  • Safi: 19°C – 33°C

The National Meteorology Institute indicates that the rise in temperatures will affect deep, northern, and southern parts of the country, with particularly hot weather continuing especially in the inland and southern cities, while coastal areas will experience relatively moderate temperatures.

Experts advise citizens to take necessary precautions to avoid direct exposure to sunlight, especially during peak hours, and to drink sufficient amounts of water to prevent heat exhaustion.
