Maroc – La Patrouille de voltige aérienne « Marche Verte », relevant des Forces Royales Air, a célébré la Fête de la Jeunesse à travers deux shows aériens organisés au-dessus des villes de M’diq et Martil, vendredi 21 août 2026. Les deux prestations ont attiré un grand nombre de résidents, de visiteurs et de vacanciers.
Les spectacles aériens, auxquels ont participé sept pilotes à bord d’avions de type CAP 232, spécialement conçus pour les démonstrations de voltige, ont constitué un moment fort des célébrations de la Fête de la Jeunesse. Le public a pu suivre une série de manœuvres et de formations aériennes exécutées avec précision et parfaitement coordonnées.
Les avions ont dessiné dans le ciel des deux villes des formations harmonieuses à l’aide de fumigènes spéciaux, sous les yeux d’un large public composé notamment de vacanciers ainsi que de touristes marocains et étrangers présents dans la région durant la saison estivale.
Le programme a comporté plusieurs manœuvres individuelles et collectives, notamment la « boucle », le « tonneau en spirale », le « passage bas », le « virage alternatif » et le « glissement de queue », ainsi que des figures collectives telles que « l’avalanche », le « croisement », « l’ouragan », la « spirale » et le « double cœur ».
Les formations aériennes ont également inclus le « virage incliné synchronisé », le « croisement face à face », la « spirale lente », « la cloche », le « virage individuel avec double changement de direction » et le « passage ouragan », conférant au spectacle un caractère particulièrement spectaculaire, mêlant maîtrise technique et précision dans l’exécution des manœuvres.
Certaines formations présentées durant le show revêtaient une dimension symbolique liée à l’occasion, notamment la formation de « l’Étoile chérifienne », inspirée du symbole du drapeau national, suivie de la formation du « double cœur », dans une scène reflétant le caractère festif et patriotique de la manifestation.
Ces spectacles s’inscrivent dans le cadre des activités organisées à l’occasion de la Fête de la Jeunesse. Ils ont également permis de mettre en avant le niveau de maîtrise, de précision et de synchronisation des pilotes des Forces Royales Air lors de l’exécution des figures de voltige.
La Patrouille de voltige aérienne « Marche Verte » a été créée en 1984, sur ordre de feu le roi Hassan II, avant de bénéficier du soutien et de l’accompagnement du roi Mohammed VI.
Le ciel de M’diq et de Martil a ainsi été marqué, durant les deux spectacles, par une forte affluence du public, qui a suivi les différentes manœuvres depuis plusieurs points offrant une vue sur les plages des deux villes, dans une ambiance festive coïncidant avec la célébration de la Fête de la Jeunesse au Maroc.
Youth Day.. Green March aerobatic team draws spectacular formations over M’diq and Martil
Morocco – The Royal Moroccan Air Force’s Green March aerobatic team celebrated Youth Day with two spectacular air shows over the cities of M’diq and Martil on Friday, August 21, 2026. The performances attracted large numbers of residents, visitors and holidaymakers.
The shows featured seven pilots flying CAP 232 aircraft, which are specially designed for aerobatic demonstrations. The performances were a notable highlight of the Youth Day celebrations, as spectators watched a series of highly precise and coordinated aerial maneuvers and formations.
The aircraft drew synchronized formations across the skies of the two cities using colored smoke, attracting a large audience of holidaymakers as well as Moroccan and foreign tourists visiting the region during the summer season.
The program included a range of individual and group maneuvers, including the loop, spiral roll, low pass, alternating turn and tail slide, as well as collective formations such as the avalanche, crossover, hurricane, spiral and double heart.
The aerial formations also featured the synchronized banked turn, head-on crossover, slow spiral, bell maneuver, individual turn with double change of direction and hurricane pass, giving the show a highly spectacular character that combined technical skill with precision in the execution of the maneuvers.
Some of the formations presented during the show carried symbolic significance associated with the occasion, including the “Cherifian Star” formation, inspired by the symbol featured on the Moroccan national flag, followed by the “double heart” formation, in a scene reflecting the festive and patriotic character of the event.
The performances were part of the celebrations marking Youth Day and also provided an opportunity to showcase the level of control, precision and coordination demonstrated by Royal Moroccan Air Force pilots during aerobatic maneuvers.
The Green March aerobatic team was established in 1984 on the orders of the late King Hassan II, before receiving the patronage and support of King Mohammed VI.
The skies over M’diq and Martil drew large crowds during the two performances, with spectators watching the aerial maneuvers from various locations overlooking the beaches of the two cities, in a festive atmosphere coinciding with the celebration of Youth Day in Morocco.
