Quarter-Final Recap
This past weekend’s quarter-finals included a standout match between the reigning Botola Pro champion and runner-up, Renaissance de Berkane and AS FAR, which ended 1-1 after regular time. Renaissance de Berkane advanced to the semi-finals after a tense penalty shootout, winning 7-6 following an extended extra time period.
AS FAR concluded the season on a disappointing note, marking their second trophyless year since the 2022-2023 season. Many supporters criticized the club’s management for their passivity and failure to strengthen the squad during recent transfer windows.
Meanwhile, Union Touarga secured their semi-final spot by defeating Stade Marocain 1-0 in the Rabat derby, and Olympique Club de Safi overcame USM Oujda 2-1 in a competitive match.
Moghreb Atlético Tetuán booked their place in the semi-finals after a narrow 1-0 home victory over Olympique Khouribga.
Looking Ahead to the Semi-Finals
