The Urban Agency of Fez has sent a clarification statement to “Fes News” electronic newspaper, exercising its right of reply in accordance with Article 115 of Law 88.13 concerning press and publishing.
This statement comes in response to an article published by the newspaper on June 3, 2025, titled “Urgent Warning Statement from the Digital Content Observatory Regarding the Official Website of the Fez-Meknes Urban Agency.”
In its correspondence, the Urban Agency requested the newspaper’s director to publish the attached response statement, in compliance with Article 116 of the aforementioned law.
It is worth noting that this correspondence falls within the legal framework of the right of reply and correction guaranteed to public institutions when information concerning them is published.
