An official source at the Governorate of the Fes-Meknes region denied the circulating rumors about the dismissal of Governor Mouad Jamai from his duties, affirming in a statement to Fes News that “all the circulating information is baseless as of now, and no official decision has been issued in this regard.”
In a related context, the same source revealed that the governor will participate tomorrow, Wednesday, starting at 4 p.m., in an official event attended by the Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, Communication Sector, who will hold a communication meeting at the conference hall inside the Regional Directorate of Culture in Fez.
This event is part of the consultative meetings the minister holds with regional officials and media and cultural figures, aiming to strengthen dialogue on public policies in the fields of media and culture.
The governor’s anticipated participation serves as a practical confirmation of his continued normal performance of duties, pending any official statement that may be issued regarding the rumors circulating in recent hours.
