According to Fes News sources, this campaign was launched after growing suspicions regarding the involvement of some motorcycle users in snatch-and-grab theft operations, particularly in popular neighborhoods and major streets. The campaign also addresses reckless stunt driving practices that threaten citizens’ lives and violate traffic laws.
Security patrols were seen deployed at several points across various parts of the city, especially in high-traffic areas. A number of suspicious motorcycles were stopped, their legal documents verified, and necessary procedures initiated against violators.
