Casablanca: Morocco and the United States are taking a significant new step in their defense cooperation. A large-scale industrial project, aimed at manufacturing and assembling the structures of the latest generation F-16 fighter aircraft, is expected to soon come to fruition in the Midparc industrial zone in Nouaceur, near Casablanca.
This ambitious project reflects the depth of the strategic partnership between the two friendly nations and strengthens Morocco’s position as an emerging industrial hub in the aerospace and defense sector at both the regional and international levels. This significant investment is anticipated to create new job opportunities and facilitate the transfer of advanced technology to the Kingdom.
This move comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to enhance Morocco’s defense capabilities and modernize its air fleet.
