Rabat – The Ethics Committee of (The issuing body of the committee is not specified in the statement, please add if this information is known) has issued a series of harsh disciplinary decisions against a number of sports officials and clubs, following various violations and transgressions.
A statement released by the committee today, Wednesday, April 30, 2025, revealed a list of sanctions affecting individuals and sports entities, as follows:
- Suspension of Mr. Mohamed Jelili, President of the Fez-Meknes Regional League, for three years from engaging in any football-related activity, with a fine of 50,000 Moroccan Dirhams, due to administrative and financial mismanagement within the league.
- Suspension of Mr. Idriss Zouit, Deputy Treasurer of the Fez-Meknes Regional League, for three years from engaging in any football-related activity, with a fine of 50,000 Moroccan Dirhams, for the same reasons related to administrative and financial mismanagement within the league.
- Suspension of Mr. Hamida El Ismaili, head of the electoral list for the presidency of the Guelmim-Oued Noun Regional League, for one year, suspended, with a fine of 50,000 Moroccan Dirhams. This penalty follows the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly held on August 29, 2024, which were marked by acts of vandalism resulting in material damage to property, as well as the exchange of insults and profanity within the hall hosting the assembly’s proceedings.
- Suspension of Mr. Ahmed Bouknine, head of the electoral list for the presidency of the Guelmim-Oued Noun Regional League, for one year, suspended, with a fine of 50,000 Moroccan Dirhams, for the same reasons related to the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Mr. Mohamed Ouhssine, coach of Raja Oued Noun Sports Association, for two years, effective immediately, with a fine of 40,000 Moroccan Dirhams, following the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Mr. Noureddine Tamak, President of Amjad Assa Football Club, for one year, effective immediately, with a fine of 40,000 Moroccan Dirhams, due to the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Mr. Abdel Salam El Asaoui, Treasurer of Ittihad Assa Zag Club, for one year, six months suspended, with a fine of 25,000 Moroccan Dirhams, following the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Mr. Abdelghani El Alaoui, representative of Al-Sadaqa Al-Riyadi Club in the General Assembly proceedings, for one year, six months suspended, with a fine of 25,000 Moroccan Dirhams, due to the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Ms. Fatima El Ktaif, member of Ouidad Zak Women’s Football Team, for one year, six months suspended, with a fine of 25,000 Moroccan Dirhams, following the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Mr. El Habib Ataif, President of Ouidad Zak Women’s Football Team, for one year, six months suspended, with a fine of 25,000 Moroccan Dirhams, due to the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Mr. Hassan El Ayachi, President of Fath Oued Noun Football Club, for one year, six months suspended, with a fine of 25,000 Moroccan Dirhams, following the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
- Suspension of Mr. Mohamed Essouakh, General Secretary of Labouat Assa El Mahbess Women’s Football Team, for one year, six months suspended, with a fine of 25,000 Moroccan Dirhams, due to the events that occurred during the electoral General Assembly on August 29, 2024.
