On April 29, 2025, a general assembly was held at the headquarters of the Moroccan Labor Union in Taza to establish a trade union office for car rental agencies in Taza, which includes professionals and practitioners in the sector, under the slogan “The Necessity of Trade Union Action as a Lever to Defend the Dignity and Rights of Professionals.”
The assembly was attended by the local union secretary and its members in Taza, the national secretary of car rental agencies in Morocco, and a number of regional secretaries. After an extensive discussion of the problems and demands related to the rights of professionals in the sector, the attendees agreed to establish a trade union office for car rental agencies in Taza.
Rachid Senoun was elected as the regional secretary of the trade union office.
