As part of the preparations for the 2025 Hajj season, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that the last date for the entry of foreign Umrah pilgrims will be April 13, 2025 (15 Shawwal 1446 AH). Additionally, April 29, 2025 (1 Dhu al-Qi’dah 1446 AH) has been set as the final deadline for their departure from the Kingdom.
The ministry emphasized that any overstay beyond this date will be considered a violation, exposing pilgrims and organizers to legal penalties.
All individuals, companies, and institutions involved in organizing Umrah trips have been urged to strictly adhere to these timelines. The ministry warned that failing to report delayed departures could result in fines of up to 100,000 Saudi Riyals, along with further legal actions against violators.
This decision comes within the framework of ensuring a smooth and orderly pilgrimage season, as well as maintaining administrative control and safety standards.
